To expedite travel arrangements, HBCU C2/Tennessee State University is offering to book flights and/or the hotel (April 11– 12, 2024) for all participants. The flight/host hotel costs will be deducted from the $3,000 overall travel allotment.
The reimbursement will cover your allowable travel expenses (hotel, flight, rental car (gas), personal car (gas and mileage), and hotel parking fees. Reimbursement requires all receipts including those receipts if you are driving your own vehicle or rental car expenses. If you are driving your vehicle, reimbursable expenses are mileage, gas, and hotel parking fees.

Note: All program managers, faculty, and students traveling with the C2 Innovation Team must complete a registration form.
Your eligibility to receive reimbursement must be confirmed by the C2 program manager at your institution.
